Migrated servers now need to change links

OK so i was moving servers and when i migrated over i left zen cart go to the IP on the new server for some testing. everything was working great, now i migrated servers and my main page is working just fine however every link inside my domain is an ip link not my domain name, is there an easy way to change this or update those links, or even if it is not easy i need to get this fixed.

can't edit the original post so i'll update here. Solved the problem and it was a fairly easy one. when uploading the changed configure.php file it was not taking because of the permissions on the files, so i had to change the files permissions, upload the new ones and overwrite the old ones then change the permissions back. looks good now.
