Hello, I have a Zen Cart store located at www.visionhp.com
I was just informed that the owner is using Fed Ex Smartpost and installed the Numinix module found here.
However, after installing and configuring the shipping module from your store my "estimate shipping" pop up window no longer loads rates but rather stays blank. Also, when I go to checkout the page that would normally overview your order/shipping costs comes up as blank so the user cannot check out.
Any idea what would cause this? Please help us as quickly as possible as our store is unable to make sales with shipping rates so high. :frusty:
