Connection Reset/Error 101 after changing servers

Hi There, I recently changed servers and I am now encountering an error 101 on chrome and I cant connect via the other browsers. The hosting support told me it was due to capitalization of the files, I doubt this as I have had the store on 3 other linux servers that have all run fine. Also it seems to be temperamental which pages/images will actually load sometimes they will sometimes they wont.

I had a look at my cPanel error log and found:

Try clearing your browsers cache
