Cannot Create Categories

I am trying to create new categories / subcategories and I am not able to do so. I input the info and click save but ZC acts like it is just loading. It will do this for about 15 minutes and then I get a cannot display page. Sometimes I can just go and create a different category and it works fine. Right now I am as far as I can go because I am not able to create anything else. Everything else seems to be working at proper speed but the creating categories section. Any help is greatful.

There really are no steps that work better than others. Sometimes I log off and log back on, other times I wait an hour or so and it works ok, nothing really I do works everytime. I have tried uninstalling Internet Explorer 9 and reinstalling it and that does not do anything at all. I did contact my hosting company Host Gator and they said everything was working fine on their end. They told me they create "several" categories and it worked fine and very fast. ZC was working fine for me a week or so ago and now this. I didn't do anything different because I was sick with the flu and then my pc was getting repaired as well.
