Adding new Products

When I go to Categories / Product in Admin, I can add new Categories, but not new Products. There is no button to do so. How do you add a new product through Admin?

To be honest I am loosing ALL confidence in Zen Cart asd nothing is in just one folder and is ever easy to find or fathom out! I have spent the best part of a week, and not realy got anywhere, I have the Zencart Book, i have read and written another Tome of info and still feel quite lost. Example: If you cant spell the word 'One' how would you look it up in a dictionary? This is how i feel about Zencart.

The Zencart story so far http://markhordon.com/index.php?main...index&cPath=63 - if you look at the Left-sidebar you'll see the top Title as Documents with a sub heading as Fire Lighting ( canged the title neame from Documents to this in the Categories / Product folder in Admin). I can't add anymore sub-catagories, but I can add to the Catagories headig below this (i.e. the ZZZZZZZZZZZ and XXXXXXXXX and bbbbbbbbb), both are in my Categories / Product in Admin. So how would I add a new Product Title such as Sharpening to be seen just below the Fire Lighting?

Can anyone help on this matter, I would appreciate it V much?

I don't know what you mean by 'subheading', but right now you have three categories, zzzzzzzzz, Sharpening and Fire Lighting. Sharpening seems to have two subcategories, aaaaaaaaa and Sharpening. Fire Lighting contains four products.

One possible explanation for your problem is that you may have subcategories and products in a category, which will cause strange display issues. Zencart categories can contain subcategories or products, never both.
