Cybersource SOP --- invalid merchantID and currency

Greetings,

I am trying to integrate with cybersource. At this point I am receiving some errors on their end. I have set up SOP service and when using their development url (https://orderpagetest.ic3.com/hop/ProcessOrder.do) I receive invalid for merchantID and currency fields.

I have verifed that my in my dashboard under tools & settings that I can accept credit cards and that all currencies are valid. The funny thing is when I use the real url (https://orderpage.ic3.com/hop/ProcessOrder.do) it recognizes my merchantID and currency as valid. Thinking this was just a devlopment/sandbox problem I logged into https://ebctest.cybersource.com/ebct...tLoggedIn=true, but there are no controls.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue? or to set up both a production and development environment? I would be fine with just using test credit cards on their production url but it keeps 500-ing and erroring on their end.

Sounds like a typical case of using live credentials against a sandbox server, or vice-versa. But I'm sorry, it doesn't look like a Zen Cart specific issue: I think your best source of help for Cybersource issues is Cybersource themselves.
