Numinix Optional/Required Shipping Insurance - Help with Zencart 1.51

History:

We were running this shipping insurance mod on zen-cart 1.39. We have upgraded to zen-cart 1.51.

Question:

Has anyone had success getting this Add-on to work with the newer version of Zen-Cart?

Is their a different mod we can use on 1.51 to charge a customer a required shipping insurance at checkout of 2 percent?
