    Default FedEx module stopped working

The FedEx shipping module stopped working on my client's website, which I designed, but had skinned into ZenCart by an offshore company, who is very slow to respond to fixing the problem. My client is very anxious about this, as this problem has prevented any transactions from being made, and it's Christmas shopping season!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Are there any debug*.log files in the store's /cache folder?

What changed on the client's website? Code that hasn't been touched doesn't stop working unless its operating environment has changed.

I just checked the admin panel and didn't see anything that would appear to get me to the cache folder. My experience with ZenCart is mainly with adding products and attributes, so I'm probably looking in the wrong place!

I don't know of anything that changed, expect perhaps on the server (GoDaddy) side; but I've no way of knowing if anything like that happened or not.

You'll need FTP access to the site to view the contents of the /cache folder.

Okay, I finally was able to get the debug files. Here's what they say (hopefully this will help!):
