I don't see login or register link

My web site is www.customprintablecards.com I am using the Ashley Pink template by Picaflor and just uploaded a fresh tpl_header.php file to see if this would fix the problem. I don't see a login or register option in the header and need that turned on. Is there a way we must do this in admin? Did I turn it off somehow? Here is my tpl_header.php file too.

I already did. She said it is not a template issue.

I did get this fixed. I simply put the store status in configuration to 0.
