Sorry if this is a stupid question...but I am at a loss here.
Customer filled a cart with products. Because of his dicey internet connection, the purchase procedure hung up and nothing went through. We resolved things manually over the phone, he got his items, we got paid, all is well.
But his cart is still full of the items.
I *could* ask him to log on and clean it out, but it shouldn't be his responsibility.
Is there some function I can use to just cancel his cart? Doesn't matter what it does to the inventory, I'll handle that manually either way.
