My client is reporting a periodic issue that I absolutely cannot reproduce nor are there any error logs in the cache folder that would indicate that there is an issue. Here's her e-mail to me:
The store is an identical/similar setup to other Zen Cart stores I have working live today. (USPS, COWOA, Gift Wrap, SBA, IH4, Super Orders, Edit Orders, Ty Package Tracker) It's NOT hosted on GoDaddy (hosted with Hostmonster). The issue reported doesn't happen everyday or even to everyone. The clients it has happened to don't have anything in common that I can see (including whether they attempt a COWOA or Standard checkout).She put items in her shopping cart, created an account with her billing and shipping address, etc. She was brought to the shipping options/selection page and would click "continue checkout" and then "nothing happened". She said nothing would move past the shipping page. She logged in again and entered the same items into her cart and the very same thing happened.
I cannot figure out how or why this is happening since I cannot reproduce this issue. Does anyone have any ideas on what I should/could be looking for to troubleshoot this?
