Register with Facebook - state pulldown issue

I am using a plugin from Numinix which allows login and register via Facebook. I have submitted a support ticket to Numinix without a reply as of yet.
When a member tries to register via the "register with Facebook" button a form is displayed to be filled. When all details are filled an error message is displayed saying that a state needs to be selected via the dropdown menu. The issue is that even though the state pulldown is activated it does not show on the form. If a user attempts to register via the normal Zen cart registration process then the state dropdown appears and can be used without issue.
The only way that I have been able to get a successful registration via the Facebook button is to turn off the state pulldown option in settings.
Has anybody else had this issue? Any support would be highly appreciated.

Oh dear, looks like I'm on my own with this one. Numinix sent me a email with no support saying that I would have to pay $150 dollars for 2 hours of his time. No thanks.
