how to install FEC module?

I have downloaded the FEC module for zencart. But how to install ? unable to find any instructions. where do i place these directories and files -

catalog
previous_sql_updates
install.sql
uninstall.sql
upgrade_1_10_0.sql

Open up the catalog folder and you will see folders in the ZenCart format
There are a few folders names "your_template"
you need to change the name of these to your active template folder
When done

FTP them to your ZenCart web space

NOTE: this plugin affects core files which are not overrideable
So if you have other plugins that also affect these same files
You will need to merge their contents to have them all working

Lastly = run the sql file in phpmy admin noting that if you have your tables with a prefix
Then you need to alter the sql to reflect this

Not a good idea since it replaces existing files and settings. is there another way to cancel the compulsory registration ?

First thing first, which version of FEC are you trying to install?

you still have to merge and edit core files as stated by Kobra so make sure you backup first...
