Turn on Error Reporting, if off?

I looked in the manual for this topic but surprised that nothing came up(?)

i installed the F&E Checkout and end up with blank page when click 'checkout'. bummer,

not sure if i've ever seen any error messages being displayed since i've been building this thing,
but, seems it's turned off, ERROR_REPORTING that is and i'd like to turn it on if so,

can someone explain how to do that?, thanks

Zen Cart attempts to redirect the PHP errors to be output to files in the /logs/ directory. See the article link above for more info.
If you're using an old version of Zen Cart, then those logs might be in the /cache/ folder instead.
