Session Error in admin log in

I Know someone already post this error before in old threads,

I've tried the solutions from previous posts by checking both configuration.php for session and path, but nothing seems to work.

Please if anyone can give a clue, I appreciate it very much.

You've moved your site from the /public_html/trial/ folder to just /public_html/ but haven't updated the session directory in your admin settings.
Since you can't log in to your admin now, you'll need to use the fix_cache_key utility from the plugins area. (Use the search to find it).

AND YOU NEED TO UPGRADE YOUR SITE ASAP. Your version is 6 years old and has very well known security flaws, and is vulnerable to hackers. Upgrading will fix that.

Dr.Byte, Thank you very much for your reply.
Btw, I've tried using the fix_cache_key, but still get the error.
Now in the front I got configuration warning, although I've CHMOD the configuration to 644.

Btw, the configure warning on the front page is gone, but the session error still exist.
Is there any way to fix this in different method?
I will update my Zen Cart as soon as I get to log in to my admin area.
