upgrading error 1146 table doesn't exist

Hi, I ma trying to upgrade from 1.3.9h and run all the upgrade stuff succesfully, however when I log into the admin part i get the following

1146 Table 'djdepot_new.TABLE_ADMIN_MENUS' doesn't exist
in:
[SELECT menu_key, language_key FROM TABLE_ADMIN_MENUS ORDER BY sort_order]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

Any help would be appreciated as I have done this 3 times now with the same error.

You didn't update the /includes/filenames.php file. It's missing things added in 1.5.0/1.5.1

Hi Thanks for the quick reply however the filenames version I have is the same as the one downloaded.

details are = version $Id: filenames.php 19690 2011-10-04 16:41:45Z drbyte $

Is this correct or do I need to change something in this file?

Oops, my bad. I meant to say /includes/database_tables.php is the file you need to fix.

Do I just delete the table admin menu line?
