Add to Cart buttons gone after adding rewards module

Hi,

I've looked everywhere on the FAQ and on Google, but cannot find a solution to my problem.

I'm using the classic template and V1.5.0 ZC. I tried today to install a module for the rewards system, but all that happened was that my whole site except for the logo disappeared. I then de-activated the layout boxes, and the site came back BUT all the Add to Cart buttons have now gone. I have a feeling it has something to do with the new.sql file I had to run, but I have NO cooking clue how to fix it up!

Help please, as the shop is useless without the add to cart buttons!

What few (including mod developers) realize is that the classic template can be modified and used. It is used by many and they will have the same problem you have IF you failed to put the files from the mod in their proper place inside the classic template. Some will work if installed in the template default but, the better choice is to add them to the classic files.
The BEST choice is to copy all your classic files to myClassic and use it as an override. Then, your next upgrade/mod installation will not be another disaster.

Yes dbltoe, but I never set it up, and I suspect it was not done properly in the first place! I did a backup BEFORE applying the mod, and then a restore after the problem, but it never fixed it up so you are probably correct! Grr. I should not have even tried.

I hesitate to answer this as you blame the problem on Zen Cart software on your site.
The problem is NOT Zen Cart but something in your Product Reward Points add-on is messing with you.

Are you using the Reward Points Page or the Reward Point Full Suite?

dbltoe .... yes you are right again. I combined - in my mind - the add on and ZC.
I downloaded the full suite.

I found the error thanks. The tpl_product_info_display.php file was changed. I uploaded the original. Thanks.

Okay, glad you got it going. There's still more to do. No need to jump immediately, but, as I said in post #3

If you do not, you will wipe out all your changes with the next upgrade.
