Everything in Gross prices but still calculalate net amount too?

I'm very new to Zen Cart but I hope my question is pretty simple:

I want all my prices (including shipping price) to always show in Gross prices.

However, my country requires that the amount of tax is included in the receipt.

My question is this:

Is it possible not to deal with taxes at all while setting up the product and simply calculate the tax amount from the total sum of the order?

For example:
Customer buys a 10 € (gross) thing plus shipping 2 € (gross). The tax rate is 18%. Can I make Zen cart calculate the net price from the 12 € gross price and show the amount of sales tax included in the sum? In this case the sales tax would be 12-(12/1.18)=1.83 €

Can it be done in such a simple way or is the only way to always assign tax rates to products (even if all your products share the same rate)?

Simply set Zen Cart to use "Tax included in prices". Then set up your VAT rate. Then enter your products.
