Expanding the length of product attribute display?

Hi,
I'm having a little trouble with the display of product attributes, some of them a align correctly but some are displayed lower than another. Also I don't know why some options are displayed below the add to cart instead of on top of it.

please guide me on how to resolve this.

Also is there anyway for me to add a menu bar before certain option names? I would like to separate the rice from the chicken dishes by adding a menu bar in between.

Make a copy of tpl_product_info_display.php for your template

Open it in a code editor and rearrange the order

Try Flexible Attributes from Plugins. Or you can just add a "comment" to a particular option name (in Option Names Manager); after creating the option name, "edit" it and you should see the comment field. This comment will show as an <h3> heading.
