Atrex POS - Can someone help?

Hi,

We use Atrex as our POS system and used to have it integrated with our webshop but we are currently getting a problem with loading a 2nd feed.
Does anyone currently used Atrex with Zencart?

If so do you have the Atrex feed and a second feed from a vendor loading into your webshop.
If so how did you get round the 2nd feed when it loads hiding all the first feed products?

Any help gratefully received.
