Problem installing USPS Module

Downloaded the ZenCart USPS Shipping Module (RateV4 and IntlRateV2 API)
and extracted the file. Uploaded the files into the correct folders as requested in the zip file

/zencart/admin/modules.php
/zencart/includes/modules/shipping/usps.php

but when I go to the admin panel/modules/shipping
I get this error message

ERROR: module not loaded due to missing language file: /home/precngr/public_html/zencart/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/usps.php

any ideas??

Get the USPS RateV3 shipping module and use that language file ...

Installed the RateV3 module, entered the USPS web tools ID for testing mode and now get this error message. UPS module works perfect.

IF you overwrote the USPS RateV4 with the USPS RateV3 then the problem is that there was a change to the file:
/your_admin_dir/modules.php

and you need to put back the original file it you are using the USPS RateV3 ...
