Error 10501 Invalid Configuration

Ok I recently installed the Paypal payments pro on this site. and when i use the paypal link orders work fine but with pro i get "10501 Invalid Configuration - This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration"

Any ways Tons of code but I cannot locate where it actually states what is mis-configured, let alone how to fix it.

I have the site set up to log errors on the server but need to figure out which file tells me whats wrong and what in the file details what should be changed

What should I be looking for and where?

If you've got your PayPal payment module's Debug Mode is set to either "Log File" or "Log and Email", the log files generated are placed in your store's /includes/modules/payment/paypal/logs folder.

A "merchant configuration" problem means that your PayPal account AT PAYPAL needs some additional configuration changes, and you need to talk to PayPal for that. The first thing you need before you can use PayPal Payments Pro is a subscription to the Pro service. If you haven't already done that, that's where you need to start, and it requires a short application process. All of the info about that is available by logging into your PayPal account and going to the Business or Merchant section.
