Problems in Google Chrome

I have just finished redesining my site layout. Displays fine in Firefox and IE 10 but not so good in Chrome. Can I please get some reviews and suggestion on how I can improve the look and any Stylesheet issues I have that are preventing the site from displaying properly.

I do not see any significant difference between FF and Chrome. (using FF18.0 and Chrome 23.0.1271.97)
