Product write review page layout messed up! Please help

Hi, I have a problem with the product review page the text field box seem to be too wide. I know this is a css fix but I can't figure it out. I included a picture of how it looks
This is a new V1.5 installation and when switched back to the default template the problem is resolved
It has to do with my custom template
Any help will be greatly appreciated

managed to find the site from the image above. Took a magnifier. Will take a look at the page but main page looks fine.

It looks as though you need to make the 'Go to this products detailed information' button smaller.

Right click on the button, click view image in new tab. This will bring the image up in a new window. Look at the link, this is where the button is located in your root folder.

Use an image editing program such as Photoshop etc and create a smaller button and save the file with the same name eg: button_goto_prod_details.gif (or whatever the image is called on your website) and upload the image to the appropriate folder (usually /includes/templates/YOURTEMPLATENAME/buttons/english/
