HELP -- Need to Bulk Upload Quantity Discounts

I need to upload several thousand products that have quantity discounts.
I really DON'T want to enter in all that data manually through the product price manager.
Easy Populate doesn't allow me to upload the quantity discounts.
Is there a bulk upload module or something that will allow me to load the quantity discount information for hundreds or thousands of products at one time?

I'm amazed that 149 people have viewed this thread and NOBODY knows a solution to my question.
For those interested, I did find someone to create a custom module for me -- VERY inexpensively. I hired someone from Odesk, & it took him only 2 hours to complete. I had him make a few additional modifications, which included displaying the least expensive quantity discount prices as the main price on the product pages. This only took him an an additional 40 minutes. My total cost for this was only $44.45 -- Amazing! The programmer who did this for me is from the Ukraine. While I would have preferred to use someone in the US, his knowledge, expertise, speed & prices made choosing him a no-brainer.
Another US-based ZenCart programmer quoted me $350 for script that she had already created for someone else. And the $350 did NOT include installation, set up or any additional customization.
If anyone needs to do bulk uploads of quantity discounts, PM me & I'll gladly refer you the programmer I used.

Perhaps you might be willing to share the completed module with the community so everyone can benefit from the feature. After all, that's what happened with the original Zen Cart code and all the plugins you've installed .... someone else spent the time and money and then gave it to the community to enjoy for free.

I wouldn't have a clue how to do that. I have zero experience with programming & have no idea how to access the code he installed or how to differentiate his code from any other code that's part of my site.
Aside from very basic html, computer & web programming is completely foreign to me.

Considering that this question wasn't asked, nor the capability requested in the Easypopulate v4 forum, curious about what application provides these quantity discounts so that the functionality could be added to EP4.

It's been over 2 years since I've been in contact with the programmer who provided me with the ability to bulk upload products with quantity discounts, so I don't know if he's still freelancing. But, his name is Vitaliy Knyazev, & he's from the Ukraine. I hired him on Odesk(now Upwork). However, he also has a website, so I'm sure you can contact him here: www.oscassist.com.

It's actually not a modification of EasyPopulate, it's a separate feed. So, I first upload my products via EasyPopulate. Then, I upload another feed, which includes the quantity discount pricing for each product. This is such a huge time saver! I posted my programmer's info in my previous post.

Understood that it is not a modification of EasyPopulate (otherwise it wouldn't have been an issue otherwise), the thing is that it could become a modification/feature of EP4. The reason for the question of application that provides the quantity discount was to see what other field(s) might be needed in EP4 to support a one time upload instead of multiple that would include the ability to download the existing data, modify it and upload it back.

Guess can do my own homework to figure out what fields are involved and add the code.

Nevermind... I did my homework.. Hadn't used it before, but it is already built into EasyPopulate Version 4 and was included back in 2012 as posted by the original author/modifier... Option is Model/Price/Breaks available in the dropdown menu on the top left or as a clickable link below the series of dropdowns.. Number of discounts "available" is currently controlled by an admin setting in configuration->Easy Populate v4.
