Payment module install box missing

Good mornning everyone, My site is xerarchs.com. We are going to use 2Checkout for credit cards. We tried installing the files available from 2CO using the cpanel but they were never visible in the payment modules list in the admin area. We replaced them with the files we found here and 2Checkout is now visible on the list. The problem is that the install sidebox that appears on the right hand side of the screen does not come up and I cannot access any of the payment modules. Any ideas on what went wrong and how to fix them would be appreciated. Thanks much, Art

When the admin sidebox doesn't show up, it's because PHP encountered an error and couldn't finish drawing the page.

Most likely you've got the language files mixed up, or have duplicate copies of modules all ending in ".php" instead of renaming duplicates/backups as ".bak" so they won't be automatically loaded.
