Marking Product Quantity as 0

Hi

I have a very strange bug.

I have had a lot of customers that are able to checkout certain items that I personally marked "Out of Stock" / 0 in Products Quantity (admin site).

However, when I asked those customers how they managed it they all said "because it wasn't marked out of stock".

I check the Admin side and found that instead of a 0 (that was put there a few hours ago) the number was changed to 1.

Any ideas how this happens?

Can't happen unless someone other than you has admin access, or you setting the switch to 0 didn't 'take' for some resaon.

That is what I thought - however, the 0 did take for a few hours but then it changes to 1 unit.

There are no other admin access people.

Yes, about 7 times today.
