How to get content below subcategory listings on a parent category page

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help out with this.

I would like to put a picture below the subcategories listings on this page. Obviously, all content I put in always gets privileged over the subcategories listings, when I input the content via the description of the parent category in the admin.

Let me know on any thoughts on how this could be achieved.

There is at least one mod in Plugins for "short description" or additional category description.

Its support thread may be of help if you have any difficulty installing it... it apparently works with recent versions of Zen Cart, but I haven't used it.
