Duplicates in attribute dropdown problem

I'm wondering if anyone can help with this problem.

I have a product with attributes, no problem there, they normally work fine. The link is here

The drop down for Sleeves is the one that's causing problems. It's repeating the options several times and I can't figure out how to fix it.

The number of times it repeats seems to be related to the number of sizes that that option is applicable to. Short sleeve is available in more sizes than long sleeve.

Does anyone have any idea why this is showing those attributes several times and not just once for each like in the size drop down?

Are you using some kind of product or attribute mod? Is this a purchased template?

Version of Zen-cart: 1.5.0
Install or upgrade: New install
what addons do you have installed: lots, mainly products with attributes, multi-cross sell, quick updates, zen lightbox, recovered cart sales.
what customisations: completely unique theme based off of the default one.
what was I doing when problem occurred: adding attribute options to a product to offer short sleeve and long sleeve as well as various sizes of each.

If you go to phpMyAdmin, and search your database table:
products_attributes

for the products_id 366 ...

what comes up for the:
products_id
options_id
options_values_id

on those records?
