Title Tag Question

I had been leaving the title tag blank and just letting it fill in automatically as the product name. I have decided instead to give it a title that was more search worthy. I am not seeing the new title on top, does it take 24 hours?

Should be immediate. If not, you didn't actual change the field that corresponds to that info.
