USPS Update Not Showing International Prices

I just installed the new USPS update and it's not showing the international prices. When I reupload my old /includes/modules/shipping/usps.php it shows the prices (which are WAY too low for the actual price) so I am assuming there is something wrong.

Also when I go into Shipping Modules in my panel it says "United States Postal Service - Missing Keys you should reinstall!" which I am assuming because I am using the old usps.php until I can get this figured out.

First copy your USPS details
Remove the module from the admin

Replace files with updated files

Then go into admin and install the usps module adding the details copied earlier

Mine is showing first class mail, however, its $3 less than what it is to actually ship, so I would be out $3+

Did you "remove" by clicking the remove button then delete from the server OR just delete from the server before uploading the new version?
Did you login as a customer to get the rate quote each time? Same customer or different.

Now that several hours have passed, are the rates different?

I only ask because sometimes I forget to remove before deleting. Yesterday, the quotes that I saw right after installing the updates seemed a bit low but later were fine. I assumed that it might be a sessions issue.... but I'm nowhere near the expert level as others.

Thanks for the update that this is working for you now ... there was an issue with some people getting an incorrect copy of the January 27, 2013 or an error in installing the new module ...

Make sure that the file you are installing is:
USPS v15 Ratev3 2013_0127.zip

and that a search for:
usps.php

in the Developers Tool Kit reads:
* @version $Id: usps.php 18348G 2013-01-27 01:27:00Z ajeh $

Still not working for me..

I removed the shipping module through my admin panel, uploaded the new files (overwrote once and deleted/reuploaded once), installed the new shipping module and unless I upload one of the old usps.php, nothing shows up.

Searched for: * @version $Id: usps.php 18348G 2013-01-27 01:27:00Z ajeh $

Got this back:

What are your settings in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ...

What are all of the settings in the Modules ... Shipping ... when you click on USPS that show in the right hand column?
