New / Featured / Special / Upcoming display issue

V 1.5.1

Under index listing I have the following set:

Show New Products on Main Page 1
Show Featured Products on Main Page 2
Show Special Products on Main Page 3
Show Upcoming Products on Main Page 4

I can't say I have tried EVERY combo but so far no matter what I have entered in as the sort order I either get "New Products" or nothing at all.

Even setting all to 0 and then toggling one to 1 while the others are still 0.

Am I missing something here?

If you haven't set up any "Featured" products, or set up "Specials" or set any products as "not in stock" and provided an Expected Date, then those other boxes won't show because there's nothing to put in them.
