Then again DrByte: I see tpl_modules_header_right.php calling method currencies::display_symbol_left()

1. Is there anyway to know where or in which file that method should be located ?

2. Also what if I remove it completely, will be hinder any functionality ?

There is no tpl_modules_header_right.php in original Zen Cart code, so I can only guess what it's trying to do.
Chances are your error message is happening where that file is trying to output a price or a currency symbol for a currency pulldown or something. If you don't need that, then I wouldn't hesitate to remove it.

"currencies::" in the error message refers to a class named "currencies", which would normally be /includes/classes/currencies.php
And that gets loaded by includes/init_includes/init_currencies.php before currency features are then used in many other places in your site.

Currency issue solved as well. Its a forwarded template and the original author isnt available. So I've to look through it to sort it myself.

Btw I just sorted "Reset All Box Sort Order to match DEFAULT Sort Order for Template"

I mean reset them to default do you think that will cause issues too ?
