Error: can't find the server at www.safelist-retire.com. What to do?

I am having serious problems with my site. Suddenly I can only access the index pages of my website and it looks terrible, like the stylesheets
have not been loaded. When I then try to click on one of the links on my site, I get the following message:

Server not found

Firefox can't find the server at www.safelist-retire.com.

Check the address for typing errors such as
ww.example.com instead of
www.example.com
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

And when using Chrome: it refers to the following error: Error 137 (net::ERR_NAME_RESOLUTION_FAILED): unknown error
and says that http://safelist-retire.com/mhci.html?h=1365877 is maybe down.


Can anyone explain the function of www.safelist-retire.com, and possibly tell if it can be the reason why zen cart is not functioning on my website?
Also I cannot access zen cart admin, the log in page comes up normal, but when I try to log in, nothing happens like the browser is just searching for the website but does not find it.

This is not a zencart issue. You should talk to your host.
