Need Header Adjustment

Is the header adjustment in the stylesheet? I have too much room at the top of the header above the logo and nav links. Can somebody tell me which line to adjust so I can see what would look best.

In your stylesheet approx line 294 you have "margin-top: -30px;

Change that to -50 or some other value
