Where is the edit feature for
Custom Left Slide Out? ( Specials? )

I don't want it, don't need it, and can't find it.

I have turned off/deleted the banner manager stuff that I don't need
Killed ( turned off left side stuff on the Column boxes)
Searched via Developer's tool kit to find it.

I don't need, nor want this slide out menu that I can't find to edit:
