Paypal misses shipping

I have set up my site ok and all works ok except that if someone chooses the 'Check out with Paypal button then the shipping cost is not included. If they go through the 'go to checkout' button and create an account then shipping is included. Is there some way to get the shipping included with Paypal.

Paypal (and Zencart) have no way of knowing what the shipping costs will be before the visitor either logs in to Zencart or Paypal and provides a shipping address. You can force customers to log in to Zencart by turning off the Paypal Express button.

You could also try setting
Express Checkout: Select Cheapest Shipping Automatically to "No".

This will still enable the express checkout (no forced login to the cart) and PayPal will return the customer back to the cart to select their preferred shipping method rather than selecting the 'cheapest' option (which can often be $0.00 if you have store pickup enabled with no charge).
