getting a blank page

I'm having an odd issue with my order history page. in particular when on index.php?main_page=account_history and clicking view on order 1044 it opens index.php?main_page=account_history_info&order_id=1044 this page is blank.

I'm not sure if this is related as I just noticed the problem, but I had a bad install of Super Orders a while back and i'm not 100% sure I removed all of it.

Note that this issue exists with the default template as well.

any help would be appreciated.

Dr. Byte thank you but this was inconclusive. there were no errors in the cache folder. I also attempted the advanced developer option but this did not yield (maybe i did it wrong) anything either.

If you're getting a blank page, especially with pages that are built-in to Zen Cart by default, then you're getting PHP errors, probably because of damaged files.
And, in v1.3.9 those errors will be logged to the /cache/ folder if it's writable or in v1.5.x they'll be logged to the /logs/ folder if it's writable.

I still don't get why people don't supply their ZC version when posting, especially when it's easy to select from a pulldown list when composing a new thread.

You'd be FAR better to continue the discussion of your problem here rather than via PM. There are far more people that are willing to help, and I doubt the DrByte is going to be willing to give custom/personal support unless you attach a huge donation along with your request... and even then he may not be available for personal support.

Just thought I'd mention this in case your PM just gets deleted.

I hope you didn't try to install this while you still have the blank page problem? If so, I suggest you uninstall it, because if you did happen to do this wrong you could well have more than one problem to solve now.
