The "one or more reasons" is important information. Especially the 3rd reason if a 3rd one is given.

You didn't say whether your fresh install of 1.5.1 had the same symptoms before you imported or not..

1.5.1 fresh install went without a hitch... was only the upgrade that failed.
Putting it off for now as other things have taken up my time.... ie customers
