how do I make an Rss feed?

Hello, I have installed the download from Zen's downloads RSS feed, but I don't have a page so I understand I have to make a page in ez pages, can anyone tell me where to start or what to do I have tried many site on how to make a Rss feed but I have not been able too. I hope someone can give the direction to go?

from the mods description, its doesnt look like it creates RSS feeds for EZ pages...
