No Add to Cart Button on a Downloadable Product

I went through all the steps for adding a downloadable product and it looks like it is setup correctly except one major issue... There is no button to allow me to add the product to the cart. It shows that it is out of stock and I've configured the system to disregard stock options or so I thought. Is this why I'm missing the add to cart button or am I missing something else.

I've set up a product under the company logos catagory.

First optimize your images
One is sized at 5,023px × 2,874px

Then check
admin > config > my store > store status > set to "0"
