Multiple suppliers for one product

Are there any plug-ins that are capable of handling multiple suppliers for one product?

If not how can I get over this?

For my records. I can source the same item from more than one person

So why do you need it in zencart?

Keep it separate. On a piece of paper seem just fine to me.

It will not be easy to do in zencart, and as it serves no purpose for customers, why do it?

I'm looking for something like that too. Track stock from multiple sources so they can determine the best source to fill from. And something like a field to indicate that it's on order already. I'd say this new zenner I'm trying to help is looking for a full inventory management package with an e shop front end. But, if I can get it done in Zen i will
