That is the problem, I can't seperate them as they are print.
I already have separate products set up by size and the weight of paper or card used to print on.
e.g A4 Leaflets, 115 gsm, Gloss - there are far too many quantity variations to think about setting these up as individual items. Plus column 1, column 2, column 3 are like this
Full Colour Single Sided
250
500
750
1250
Full colour black & white reverse
250
500
750
1250
Full colour both sides
250
500
750
1250
You can probably work out that it would be an absolute nightmare to separate all of these.

Just thought I'd add that the price would not change on the items priced individually no matter what quantity from each column was selected.
So Full Colour Single Sided - 250 - individual Item 1 would be the same as Full colour black & white reverse - 250 - Individual Item 1
The below will give you a better idea of the problem:
Full Colour Single Sided
250
500
750
1250
Followed by Finishing Options which are:
Perforations - 1, 2, 3, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10
Round Cornering - 1, 2, 3, 4
Folds - Single Fold, x 2 - Roll Fold, x 2 - Z Fold, x 2 - Cross Fold, x 3 - Roll Fold, x 3 - Z Fold
Drilling - 1 x 3mm, 2 x 3mm, 3, 3mm, 4 x 4mm, 1 x 3.5mm, 2, 3.5mm, 3 x 3.5mm, 4 x 3.5mm, 1 x 6mm, 2 x 6mm, 3 x 6mm, 4 x 6mm
Each of these having a singular individual price.

Could you do something like this?
250 priced per individual item - e.g 250 = £90 but the price entered against 250 would be 90 ÷ 250 = 0.36 (the price entered against 250) then once slected have the radio button update the qty in the cart to 250 which would give you £90 + 250 x individual item 1?
