cannot connect to WWW version of site ??

Hi,

just loaded a new site (sterlingsilverrings.com.au) and cannot connect to the www version. Both configure files have http and https servers as non www versions but I did change them to www versions but then couldn't connect to the site at all so reverted configure files back to non www version.

All seems OK at the host end so can only assume that there is something amiss with configuration somewhere. Have loaded the following plugins; IH4, Abbington Mega template, Zen Lightbox, Ultimate SEO URLS and SitemapXML.

Where do I start looking for the problem??

Yours is not a ZenCart problem. It is a DNS problem.

For some reason or other www.sterlingsilverrings.com.au doesn't have a DNS record.
