Create a product widget for external site

I want to create awidget that displays the special offer products from my zen cart on my other site without having to manually code for each time I add a new product to the special offers if that make sence but basically I want the products as they are at http://www.laptopsmobiles.co.uk/inde..._page=specials to show at www.qualityrefurbished.co.uk please can anyone help with this
