Timeout after setting ENABLE_SSL to true

Apparently, the naming convention has not been followed where this should be

jscript_complete-com.js

I want to thank everyone for there help in solving this problem. Replaced the existing configure.php file with a backup copy and suddenly it is now working.

Will look into jscript_complete-com.js issue.
