Products don't show when "ALL PRODUCTS" link is clicked.

So far, I'm doing ok with my site. With trial and error and a lot of forum help, I've gotten it to look pretty much how I want, but this one thing has eluded me. I can't seem to find any posts about it. When I click the "ALL PRODUCTS" link, no products show up. They show up everywhere else, their categories and in the new and featured sections. Is there some setting I might be missing, or is it possible I turned this feature off somehow? I have no clue where to begin to fix this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Try switching to the classic template and see if they display

If so then it is confined to the custom template files

Also, never post a link which includes a zenid.

Thank you I'll try those things and see if they work. Also, not sure what you mean about posting a link with a zenid. How would I NOT do that? That's the link that i copied and pasted from the site and the info that follows zenid is different everytime I go to the page.

Thank you, that link helped immensely! It lead me to the debug log where I could see the line of code that was giving me problems. Not sure how this actually helps but the code in question was this:


if ($products_all_split->number_of_rows > 0) {
$products_all = $db->Execute($products_all_split->sql_query);
$row_counter = ;

For some reason, after I added a zero to the row_counter it made the page work. Go fig.

I see what you're saying about the ID now. I will remember to do that. Out of curiosity, what would happen if i didn't??

Strip any zenid from any link that you post anywhere

Leave what is in red off
