    Default Keywords attached to products viewed

    The number of Products Viewed each day are great; too great to be true.
    Somewhere i read where you could see the keywords used to get to my website.
    My website is Poscheap.com
    Is there such a program that can tell me what keywords brought them to my website?

    In advance thanks for you for your help.

    Your attempt to "blend" technologies is resulting in a hopeless mess. Your html is all over the place.

    Consider:
    HTML Code:
    <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
    <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" dir="ltr" lang="en">
    <head>
    <title>Point of Sale!, Restaurant POS Systems</title>
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" />
    <meta name="keywords" content="POS SYSTEMS $649.0 TO $3,299.00 ecommerce, open source, shop, online shopping " />
    <meta name="description" content="Point of Sale! :  - POS SYSTEMS $649.0 TO $3,299.00 ecommerce, open source, shop, online shopping" />
    <meta http-equiv="imagetoolbar" content="no" />
    <meta name="author" content="The Zen Cart&trade; Team and others" />
    <meta name="generator" content="shopping cart program by Zen Cart&trade;, http://www.zen-cart.com eCommerce" />

    <base href="http://www.poscheap.com/" />

    <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="includes/templates/classic/css/style_imagehover.css" />
    <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="includes/templates/classic/css/stylesheet.css" />
    <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="includes/templates/classic/css/stylesheet_css_buttons.css" />
    <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="print" href="includes/templates/classic/css/print_stylesheet.css" />
    <script type="text/javascript" src="includes/templates/template_default/jscript/jscript_imagehover.js"></script>

    </head>

    <body id="indexHomeBody">
    <div id="bannerOne" class="banners"><div style="text-align: center;"><img style="width: 283px; height: 154px;" src="http://i570.photobucket.com/albums/ss146/wwwursa/BearwSignage.jpg"><BR>

    <!DOCTYPE html>
    <html>
    <head>
    <style>
    h1 {font-size:200%;}
    h2 {font-size:150%;}
    h3 {font-size:100%;}
    p.thicker {font-weight:900;}
    </style>
    </head>
    ... on your home page...

    What are you trying to do here? It's a complete mess.

    Get RID of all that junk surrounding the zencart install and do it properly.

    You are absolutely right.
    To get things going in Zen Cart I copied my code from my Ebay listings.
    I am now in the process of redoing all my listings correctly.
    Thank you for the sample code
    QUESTIONS:
    1. Is my code inflating the "Products Viewed" numbers?
    2. Is there a program that will tell me the keywords that were used to get to my web site?

    Stop worrying about keywords... you have much more serious issues. Just how you have managed to set up a website within a website is a mystery... but you cannot declare html headers twice in the same "page".

    You need to fix this before you worry about other things.

    You are missing the main point of my question.
    Can my coding be the reason for the figures in "Products Viewed" being so high or are these figures calculated in a different manner?
    That is all I am asking.

    Well there is absolutely no way of knowing...

    It's like asking "what exactly went through Neil Armstrong's head when he stepped onto the moon?" Nobody will know - and as Mr Armstrong is no longer around to tell us, it's a moot point.

    Your site is a HTML disaster and needs to be fixed. That is all that matters right now. You are focusing on irrelevant issues compared to the big picture.

    Frankly, I don't care one way or the other if your site functions or not - but I do know that the issues of duplicate html headers is not something to be sneezed at.

    This is my final post on this issue...
