CAPTCHA Anti-Robot Registration v1.4

Problem;
Capcha is showing up on create account and works.
In Admin under Configuration there is a tab for CAPTCHA Validation. When I select it I get the configuration settings for the tab above it.(EZ-Pages Settings) I can open both above and below the captcha tab, but not the captcha.

I ran the sql from admin/tools and then with phpmyadmin after backup restore and full verification of files.

In my database at the admin_pages / structure it looks the same before and after the sql. There isn't any gID=31 added. Though both sql script runs reported no errors.
