Ceon Advanced Shipper - configuration Trouble

I am trying to figure out the Ceon Advanced Shipper Module but I am stuck. I am basically trying to create a shipping module where I have shipping based on 2 categories. These would be flat rate fees based on whatever category is purchased. I enter the method titles and I select my category. I believe I am confused as to what I enter for Regions and Rates. I enter US for the country and then I am confused (I think). I go to the front end of my store and when I try a "test" checkout I get an error on the Step 1 of the checkout stating "Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time.". I am not allowed to proceed any further.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yes, the only shipping module that I have enabled is the Ceon Advanced Shipper.

Yes, I have US as the only country.

I have the Ceon advanced shipper mod version 5.0.2 on my shop running 1.5.0 in canada, can't seem to figure how to set shipping regions for different provinces

Have you set the provinces up as zones??

If not - then you need to do so
